Measurement & Installation
Our barn doors come with all necessary hardware for installation, including a top track (rail system), end stops, anti-jump discs, a floor-mounted guide, bolts, screws, and matching door handles. Designed for top mounting, these doors do not require a jamb or frame.
The listed size reflects the full dimensions of the door slab (or combined slabs for double doors). For smooth installation, ensure there is adequate clearance above the opening (at least 6 inches) to mount the track system, and that the wall has sufficient width for the doors to slide open fully. Track length is typically twice the width of a single door or the total width of both slabs for double doors.
We recommend mounting the track into solid wood blocking or directly into wall studs for optimal stability. The floor-mounted guide should be installed on a clean, level surface. Allow at least 2–2.5 inches of clearance from the ceiling above the track and approximately 0.4–0.6 inches beneath the door for proper alignment with the floor guide.
If you prefer professional installation, let us know when placing your order—services may be available depending on your location. For DIY installations, each door includes a detailed Installation Guide to walk you through every step.

The shipping company will typically contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please note, the recipient must be present to receive the delivery. While the shipping company will provide a lift gate for unloading, additional assistance will be necessary to move the door to its final destination.

Warranty & Maintenance
To keep your steel and glass doors in excellent condition, regularly clean the surfaces with a soft cloth and mild soap solution to remove dirt and debris. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish or seals. For the glass panel, use non-abrasive glass cleaners and dry with a microfiber cloth to maintain clarity and shine.
Lubricate hinges and locks regularly, and check seals for wear to ensure longevity.
If you need replacement parts like handles or locks after the warranty, contact us for guidance or to purchase replacements.
