We deliver to any residential or commercial address within the continental United States. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the order size and shipping address during checkout. To ensure a smooth and reliable shipping experience, we partner with trusted shipping companies. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

The shipping company will typically contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please note, the recipient must be present to receive the delivery. While the shipping company will provide a lift gate for unloading, additional assistance will be necessary to move the door to its final destination.

Custom orders are non-refundable.
