Measurement & Installation
Our doors come pre-hung in a steel frame, so the listed sizes reflect the actual dimensions of the door and frame. For rough openings, we recommend adding a 0.5-inch gap to the width and a 0.5-inch gap to the height to allow for proper adjustments during installation.

We deliver to any residential or commercial address within the continental United States. Shipping is free (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). For clients in those states and territories, a custom delivery estimate will be provided, as the standard shipping price displayed in the cart does not apply to these locations.
To ensure a smooth and reliable shipping experience, we partner with trusted shipping companies. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
The shipping company will typically contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please note, the recipient must be present to receive the delivery. While the shipping company will provide a lift gate for unloading, additional assistance will be necessary to move the door to its final destination.

Our standard lead time for custom orders is 12–16 weeks from order placement to shipping. Please note that exact dates cannot be guaranteed, as schedules may change during the project. We recommend scheduling installation or related work only after your order has arrived.
Warranty & Maintenance
Alpada provides a 1-year warranty for all our products, covering specific defects. Exceptions apply, including improper handling, installation, or normal wear and tear. Read more about our warranty.
To keep your steel and glass doors in excellent condition, regularly clean the surfaces with a soft cloth and mild soap solution to remove dirt and debris. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish or seals. For the glass panel, use non-abrasive glass cleaners and dry with a microfiber cloth to maintain clarity and shine. Lubricate hinges and locks regularly, and check seals for wear to ensure longevity.
